African Cosmos: Stellar Arts is the first major exhibition of some 80 objects that explores how the celestial bodies of the sun, moon, and stars and such celestial phenomena as rainbows and eclipses serve as sources of inspiration in the creation of African art, both traditional and contemporary, from ancient times to the present.

  1. I 1st saw this on the SPACE.com website. I may not be able to go to NYC to see it, but at least I can see this interesting art online. Have already tweeted it several times.
